Within 14 days after receiving your kika order, if you are not satisfied for any reason we will refund or exchange your order under the following conditions:

Garments must be returned in new condition—they cannot be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached.

We regret if you aren’t completely satisfied with your kika order. Please contact kika via email to process your return/exchange at email@example.com and be sure to include your order number and last name. You must have an RMA number and paperwork included in your returned package. Be sure to ship the package back with tracking information, as kika is not responsible for lost packages.
